i seem to have missed quite a number of opprtunities in my life
when i was in primary school, i gave up on the chance of studying in music school
and i found that i still feel regretful nowadays.
when my mum colleted some application forms of piano competition for me, i hid them, because i didnt want to take part as i knew i would be forced to practice 5 or 6 hours a day. and yet, i missed this great opportunities again.
recently, i am given these 2 opportunities:
1. be part of exco in primers
2. take part in EAA competition
actually i always think that i can be a very high participant in every event, but when it comes to be a leader in an event, i think i will screw up. esp during SGB, i was one of the bus IC, supposed to allocate jobs and give instruction. however, i gave myself 30 marks for that event, coz i felt lost and cant even express what i want to say clearly, i think i am not flexible enough in solving problems. i must say that it's a very good experience for me to learn and grow, but in other way, i find myself not capable being a leader.
i want to help out in primers, but i dont think i am able to take the responsibility of being an exco member.
anyway, during today's chit-chat session, i have told them i want to be in special forces, but i sze chuan they all kept saying just give it a try...then i hesitated...then coz it's getting late also, end up he said he just take it i agree to consider to be part of exco.
so, shall wait for the result tmr and see how it goes....
next is the EAA competition, haizz...it's really shocking to hear this news from weihan. seriously, i was determined to reject taking part in this competition and same to my groupmates. but after we told Mr Ng our decision, he kept saying all the benefits and make it become sort of tempted to me...and i am in a dilemma. as alot of my friends said, this is a great opportunities and experience, why not??!!
anyway, he asked us to reply him by 3pm today, but we never, haha..feel abit guilty, coz weihan said we'll discuss tmr and see how..so..ya...
that's all i wan to blog today.
oh ya..shilin asked me to blog about her...Mmmmm..
i think she's a very nice friend, independent, interesting, i know more about her during the shanghai trip!hahahahaha and i know we miss shanghai very very much!
